NTS-1 via Midi: How to connect and play it with Circuit Tracks - Tutorial
Today I’m gonna show you how to control the Korg NTS-1 via midi with the Novation Circuit Tracks.

To connect the Circuit Tracks and NTS-1 you will need a cable with a 5 pin midi plug on one side and a 3.5 mm TRS-Midi Type A plug on the other. (Type A is important here, because it won’t work with Type B)
First you connect the “midi out“ on the Circuit Tracks with the 5 pin plug.
Then you connect the 3.5 mm TRS-Midi plug with the “Midi In“ socket on the NTS-1.
Now you need to set the Midi-Channel on the NTS-1. To do so hold “Reverb“ while plugging in the power chord, which will make the NTS-1 boot into a setup menu.
Navigate with the Type-knob by turning it clock wise until the displays says “CHn.“ followed by a number (=current midi channel).
By turning knob B you can change this number. Be aware that the NTS-1 starts counting at 0. So for
