Multiple Skinwalkers Screaming at each other in the Gila National Forrest (Skinwalker scream)

I believe I caught a Skinwalker (Skin Walker) screaming on camera I was hiking down a small cannon near highway 15 when I heard several loud bangs, Then after a few seconds screaming started to my left and right like two things we’re talking to each other. I have researched the screams and the closest sounding one I have found is a Skinwalker’s. I tried to find if anyone else has heard or seen a Skinwalker in the Gila National Forrest but came up empty. which is surprising because the area has a history of Native American Tribes.
