’I’m a Professor of International Management at the University of Geneva at the Geneva School of Economics and Management and the Director of the Master of Science in Responsible Management. I’m doing research in different fields: mergers and acquisitions, innovation these days, and wrongdoing also. I wrote different books in those fields and articles, and I’m in several books. The impact, of course, of this fourth industrial revolution will be on all types of systems, I guess. Will it be new governing systems on a macro level, such as the political system? But maybe also at the micro level, in other words, the governance within companies and organizations. I think it will challenge our economic system as such, but also the legal system.
