Hiroo Saionji is a Co-Founder and President of the Goi Peace Foundation, President of May Peace Prevail on Earth International. He is the great-grandson of Prince Kinmochi Saionji, who was twice Prime Minister of Japan during the Meiji Period. Hiroo received the Social Education Distinguished Service Award from the Ministry of Education, sports, Science and Technology of Japan. He is the President of the Goi Peace Foundation which maintains a Special Consultative Status with the Economic and Social Council of the United Nations, and official relations with UNESCO (United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization). Hiroo Saionji is also the Honorary Advisor to Ritsumeikan Saionji Juku (School for global leadership), is an Ambassador to the World Wisdom Council and is active in its activities.
