Marauder Moze (Level 65 M11 COV Allegiance Build) High DPS Tank Build

Wanted to try making a unique Moze build with some commentary. First time doing a build this way, so please do bear with me. A written explanation will be linked here. Let me know what you guys think! UPDATE: So in the class mod and artifact section, I mentioned that mag size increases on white text is fine for this build. After some testing, this is not the case. ANY sort of mag increase, whether Iron Bank or white text, increases heat per shot. So AVOID getting both and go for damage rolls instead.
