Squat track Im I little fast and squat for the burn
On chest rack on the first push up combo I did I did 2 more on the last pulse round...
I forgot the smart start after back track.. 😔...so i think about this and on the tricep track I start with mistake I did 2 time 4/4 tricep after didn’t the 3/1 ...
On the biceps I did to slow the transaction from plate to bar so I did one less...
The most difficult problem that I found in body pump it’s counting with my brain and took wit the people.. so I try remember when the sound change and fell the bit...
On the shoulder track my position it’s not good for the camera...
And on the last round I start the shoulder press wrong...
I really want start teach body pump and live my job in restaurant..
