Ingredients (makes 3 parathas)
1 cup jada poha/thick flattened rice
2 medium sized potatoes
1 inch ginger
1 green chilli
1 tsp sendha namak 1 tsp red chilli flakes
1 tsp coriander powder
1/4 tsp garam masala
1/2 tsp amchur/mango powder
1 tsp kasuri methi/dry fenugreek leaves
1 tsp dry cilantro. use fresh cilantro if available
2 tsp cold pressed coconut oil/any oil
water as needed to knead dough
dry flour as needed
cold pressed coconut oil/any oil to roast the paratha
