Today I show you how to make Empanadas, a traditional streetfood popular in South America, with a rich filling of meat, onions, peppers, hard-boiled egg peas and potatoes.

For the dough:
Flour 00 210g
cold water 100g
butter 50g
white vinegar 1 teaspoon
sugar 1 teaspoon
salt
For the filling:
ground meat 200g
peppers 150g
onion 1
tomato puree 50g
boiled potatoes 1
peas 50g
hard-boiled eggs 1
green olives 20g
oil
paprika
oregano
salt
pepper
Combine flour, salt, vinegar and sugar in a bowl, then add the cold butter in pieces and pinch with your fingers until you have a sandy mixture, now pour in the cold water and knead until smooth and homogeneous, cover with plastic wrap and let rest in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Dice the onion and bell bell pepper.
