Note: Probably filmed in the Pathe studio. Full titles read: “THIS BEAUTY BUSINESS - of Andre Charlot the famous Revue Producer-Manager of ’How d’you do ?’ at the Comedy Theatre London. Affectionally known to so many as ’Uncle Andre’.“ M/S’s of ’Uncle Andre seated at a table informing us what is required of pretty girls wishing to enter a ’London Chorus’. Andre says “they must dance like nightingales and sing like butterflies..., but they must also have a number of attractive features.“ Various C/U’s of young women with the features required e.g. C/U of the “pretty face of Joyce - good teeth to bite with, no wisdom yet.“ and the “the dreamy eyes of Peggy.“ L/S’s of three models displaying some elegant costumes. M/S’s of the “figure of Dania“ who turns in a circle to display the swimsuit she is wearing.“ M/S of Andre again, smoking a large cigar, who says that it is “seldom that you find all those superlatives rolled into one...“ The name he says of the model he uses at the Comedy Theatre is “Perfe
