Various shots of snake charmers being watched by small children - good shots including C/Us of a snake emerging from a basket. “What is this extraordinary power over the reptiles, a power which has often been doubted, yet which is there and unexplained.“ C/U of man playing wind instrument with his arm around a small boy. “Dancing has a big place here - always symbolical and often terrifying.“ Three men perform an expressive dance - jumping up and down and waving their arms. M/S of group of drummers. “Jazz drummers please note.“ reads an intertitle. Slow motion footage of the dancers jumping and turning in the air. Several shots of fakir diving through a hoop which is apparently too small for him to pass through. We see the stunt in slow motion and from several angles. Was item in Pathe Pictorial issue 455.
