Vanity Unlimited (1933)

Two women paint designs on to a variety of accessories: hats made from felt and Buckram, a satin “jumper“, a cloak and a kimono. “A gorgeous peacock-blue satin kimono is just sweet when a golden dragon is added.“ The kimono and one of the hats are modelled for the camera. The women who are painting the designs wear the same dress so this is presumably a job rather than a home craft - or perhaps they are twins? The hats are pretty wild. One is a tam-o’-shanter with bats painted on it. FILM ID: A VIDEO FROM BRITISH PATHÉ. EXPLORE OUR ONLINE CHANNEL, BRITISH PATHÉ TV.
