This is amazing stickhandling training with focusing to peripheral vision. I set up big screen front of players, where I demonstrated video documentery games from Olympic 1980. Idea was to train stickhandling, split vision, and game understanding. For example, player is doing stickhandling and watching game (flow hockey), so he must not only look up, but also to see and identified what he see. Also I want them to feel conection between game and drill what they do - why I do this or that drill, how I will use this in game situation. So player is doing his drill, he read the game and learn to understand value of what he is doing.
