[NO VOICE] 4 Rounds of Silent Wim Hof Breathing - 25 Breaths Per Round

Experience the power of guided Wim Hof breathing in complete silence. This session includes 4 rounds of 25 breaths, designed to help you achieve deep relaxation and mental clarity. Inhale deeply from your stomach to your chest, and then to your head, letting the exhale happen naturally. “Fully in, and letting go…“ Feel the energizing effects of this practice throughout your day. 🔑 Instructions: Inhale deeply through your nose or mouth, filling your lungs from your stomach to your chest, then exhale naturally through your mouth. Keep a steady pace using your diaphragm fully. Repeat for 25 breaths. After the last exhalation, let the air out and hold your breath for as long as possible without force. When you feel the urge to breathe, inhale to full capacity, feeling your chest expand. Hold for 10-15 seconds, then release. Repeat this process 4 times and enjoy the calming effects! 😌 ⏱️ Session Breakdown: (00:00) Round 1) 25 breaths holding your breath for 1 min 30s (03:30) Round 2) 25 breaths holding your breath for 2 minutes (07:27) Round 3) 25 breaths holding your breath for 2 min 30s (11:57) Round 4) 25 breaths holding your breath for 3 minutes (16:46) Meditate (18:16) Subscribe, like, share & join! 🧘‍♂️ IMPORTANT: Perform this breathing technique while seated comfortably, either on a chair or on cushions on the floor.
