mandarin peel and juice from a mandarin
nutmeg or ginger
bake 30 minutes at 180°C/ 360°F

1 ripe banana
120 g(1/2 cup) yogurt
40 ml(~1/4 cup) coconut oil/ or other
70 g(1/2 cup) blueberries
bake for 20-22 minutes at 180°C /360°F
