Biblical rains hit China! World is shocked by scenes of chaos!

China has been experiencing heavy and widespread downpours since the start of the rainy season, which runs from May to September. Chinese authorities say at least 11 people have been killed and 30 are missing after a highway bridge partially collapsed in the northwest of the country following severe storms and flooding.
