EASY LONG COLD BATH

Brice ( @bricepoule ) and Joan ( @joancruvellier ) take another long cold bath ( 15 min ) after 2 weeks off; the water was less cold ( 12°C ), and was very easy : no good preparation for colder and longer baths : they planned to go the the mountains next week ! #coldendurance #coldexposure #coldbath
