Here is a 10 second video courtesy of the Solar Dynamics Observatory (SDO) using the 131 angstroms channel capturing a dual M7.2 and M5.3 solar flare event around AR 3089 on August 26, 2022. Further brightening was observed towards the end of the video and possibly coincides with another X-Ray enhancement peaking at M3.6 at 13:16 UTC, although AR 3088 in the SW quadrant appeared to also be in the process of flaring at that time.
A quick look at updated imagery courtesy of SDO shows that despite being noteworthy flares in terms of X-Ray strength, they do not appear to be eruptive. A large coronal mass ejection (CME) is unlikely from these particular events. This will be confirmed once Earth facing coronagraph imagery is updated.
