FSB detains two suspects in car bombing of Black Sea Fleet captain

Two suspects have been arrested in Sevastopol for the November 13 car bombing of a Black Sea Fleet captain. The investigation indicates they were directed by the Ukrainian security service, and authorities found another ready-to-use homemade explosive device during the search.
