Saving Nora - Episode 15

In this passage, Nora visits her seriously ill aunt, Irene, in the hospital. Irene’s condition is critical, and her stepmother, Wendy, manipulates Nora into signing a company agreement to secure a risky surgery for Irene. Nora, however, quickly reads the medical reports and leaves to arrange for necessary equipment. Irene defends Nora against accusations from Wendy and Henry. Meanwhile, in a hotel, Pete, a child, is mistreated by tutors. He silently endures their punishment, longing to communicate with his mother and a neighbor who recently moved away. Pete and Cherry, the neighbor, coincidentally encounter each other in a stairwell. Their silent exchange creates a poignant moment.
