40 min Full Body Dumbbell Workout | Upper Body Lower Body & Combo +ABS | Supersets & Normal Sets

In this challenging 40 min Full Body Dumbbell Workout | Upper Body Lower Body & Combo ABS | Supersets and Normal Sets, we will have three sections: upper body supersets, lower body supersets, and the combination of lower and upper body, plus abs. We will perform 16 supersets in total followed by 10 combo movements. Each movement will last for 40 seconds, with 10, 20, and 25 seconds of rest in between. For today’s workout, you will also need a bench/chair.
