Full title reads: “Percy Hounds. Opening Meet at Alnwick.“. Alnwick, Northumberland. Fox hunters meet in town centre. Master of hunt drinks from stirrup cup. VS of children playing with fox hounds. VS of ladies (possibly including the Duchess of Northumberland) looking over horses. The hunt sets off through the streets. Dogs and horses trot through the town. VS of the hunt out in the countryside. MS of master of the hounds throwing the bloody remains of a dead fox to the hounds at the end of the hunt. VS of young boys crowding around.
