Putin’s march: Arabs will help build cities and invest billions in Russia

The results of Vladimir Putin’s tour of Arab countries (UAE and Saudi Arabia) were not long in coming. The United Arab Emirates intended to invest in the real sector of Russia’s economy, from oil production and nuclear energy development to medicine and cultural exchange.
