A nice example of a typical Latvian folk song, arranged to this grandiose measure and conducted by the charismatic Ārijs Šķepasts. XXV Dziesmu Svētku Noslēguma Koncerts - “Ligo!“ N.B. - As sometimes lyrics can not be translated one to one, I take myself the artistic freedom to modify them a bit if it helps the flow of the translation and meaning.
