Peter Luger Style Steak for a fire cooking experiment 🥩🧈🔥 I have always been envious of my friends who have tried a steak from Peter Lugers Steakhouse! They just make some of the most amazing steaks out there. After seeing @chefcuso make his rendition of this steak, I wanted to see if I could make it in my pizza oven. Traditionally, they do a broiler method that cooks at high heat in order to get that crust. We tried this out at home in our pizza oven, and it was a success!
