Al-Qasar leader & producer Thomas Attar Bellier says: “I admired Alsarah’s body of work, both in terms of groove and musicality and in terms of general outlook on music and the world. I felt her vocals would fit perfectly in a psych rock context.” The chorus, which translates as “no negotiation, no intersection, no collaboration”, Alsarah explains, “is  one of the calls of the revolution in the face of the ongoing coup.
