Bocuse d’Or China selection under presidency of Stefan Stiller has been held on 2nd of December 2013 at Restaurant Institute Paul Bocuse in Shanghai. 6 candidates from China Mainland had to create a recipe arround cod fish. Peter Lin from Peninsula Shanghai came out as the winner! Next step for Peter will be to represent China to the next Bocuse d’Or Asia-Pacific in Shanghai from 26 to 28 of June 2014.
