Raised in a monastic order, plucky Maeve spends her time seeking ancient relics with her robot Mochi, but she finds herself teaming up with an archaeologist and a boy with strange powers to stop Esluna’s tyrannical queen from activating a powerful and ancient technology that threatens to destroy their world. This animated feature film was made over the course of nine months. The entire pre-production and production was done by a sole artist, Denver Jackson, working overtime with storyboards, animatics, background paintings, animation, compositing, editing and directing. During the post-production process, Denver was animating and painting backgrounds all while finding what little time he had to direct voice actors, sound and music.
