I would have a break of more than two hours in Alkmaar. At Heiloo I came up with the brilliant idea that at that time I might as well drive to Den Helder to film that route for you. At Heiloo, you’ll hear me calling the office to ask for permission for that idea. In consultation with the driver who was supposed to drive, I drive on myself and the original driver sits next to me as a “pilot“.
