A Norwegian frigate gets going from Devonport Naval Base in the UK. The military vessel was in the UK for Fleet Operational Sea Training (FOST). HNoMS Otto Sverdrup (F312) is the 3rd ship of the Fridtjof Nansen-class of frigates. The vessel was commissioned in 2008 into the Royal Norwegian Navy.
