Wee Weevil Drilling an Acorn

Title says all that I know about what’s going on, but I thought it was neat how his head looks like a ball socket joint. He reminds me of Gilbert Gottfried’s beetle character in the old Thumbelina cartoon. p.s. I am blown away by how many people besides me are interested in a cootie close-up. . doesn’t anyone else think that since I disturbed the wee weevil by putting it up on the coop, maybe it was trying to pull out and was stuck?
