Lipedema Low Impact Cardio Exercise - 16 minutes for Lymphatic Health
Lipedema (or Lipoedema) is a chronic medical condition that causes increased fat tissue to build up and become swollen and inflamed. Lipedema affects 11% of women and can be painful and debilitating. Exercises for lipedema are best done with low impact and less strain on joints. In this video, I share a 16-minute cardio exercise workout for Lipedema and lymphatic health. It’s a full-body routine for cardio and to get your heart rate up, but no jumping is involved.
