Minimalist Scandi Easter I Baking Easter Muffins I Slow Living in Sweden

Hello and welcome to our silent vlog. Today you can come along to Gothenburg, which is on the west coast and is Sweden’s second largest city. We visit interior design shops, have lunch at a seafood restaurant and drink the best coffee in town. Back home, I unpack what I bought and I start decorating the black house for Easter. I bring in lilac sprigs from the garden which I decorate with Easter eggs in Swedish and Danish design. I also bake the world’s cutest Easter muffins, which I promise will be a hit on the Easter table. In this recipe, I bake gluten and sugar-free muffins, but if you prefer “regular“ muffins, it works just as well. I start by whisking the eggs really fluffy. Then I mix all the dry ingredients and stir well. Stir the eggs into the dry ingredients and then add the other ingredients. Mix thoroughly.
