Today I’m painting the majestic - River Red Gum - trees that line many of Australia’s river systems and waterways. I will be working on the Murray river (Millewa or Tongala to the traditional custodians), which is the third longest navigable river in the world - after the Amazon and Nile rivers. It is 2508 Kilometres (1,558 miles) long, spanning New South Wales, Victoria and South Australia.
