Gathering of men who have worked on the building outside the cinema. One by one some of the men are introduced - Mr Richmond, the architect; Mr Richardson, responsible for the building; Mr Mollo (sp?) the decorators; Mr F J Spikenal (sp?) - owner. He then thanks the Mayor for his kind words.
Exterior view of the Plaza cinema - The film playing is ’Looking on the Bright Side’ starring Gracie Fields. This would date the piece at 1932.
