Titles read: “BARGAINS ! - Every year Uncle Sam’s Post Office holds a jumble sale of unclaimed parcels, and Adam is just as keen on a bargain as Eve“ L/S of men gathered around stalls in Post Office. A tall American man announces, “Here we are again to dispose of Uncle Sam’s bargains.“ M/S of Italian American getting annoyed with woman after getting rice paper stuck to his hand at stall. Two women discuss a garment. One woman remarks “That’s lovely but it’s got a hole in it.“ M/S of man looking at baseball bat he declares out loud that he will buy it. M/Ss of man haggling with elderly man over the price of large pot. After agreeing a price. The man is handed the pot and is about to walk away when all of a sudden the man with the baseball bat who has been lingering in the background swings his bat backwards smashing the pot into pieces.
