Full title reads: “Tilbury“. Tilbury Docks, Nr London. VS of the liner ship ’Strathmore’ coming in to dock. MS of dignitaries being brought to see the ship. (Possibly the Earl and Countess of Strathmore?) N.B. Item found in Unidentified Gazettes reel. Presumably from 1930s Gazettes.
