Wrestling (1948)

Thought to be Selected Originals from late 1940s material. Paris, France. Wrestling match between ’Killer’ Leteur and ’Hairy’ Hessle in progress. Wrestler kneeling on opponent’s arm. Leteur grabs hold of Hessle’s hair and pulls him over. Leteur punches Hessle. Close up shot of Leteur shouting. Close up shot of man in audience shouting. Hessle rowing with Leteur’s leg. Leteur pulls Hessle down. Close up shot of men in crowd. Leteur grabs hold of Hessle’s hair and hits him against rope. Hessle charges back and knocks Leteur down. Leteur gets up and is immediately knocked down again. Hessle throws Leteur out of ring. Close up shot of spectator. Hessle runs to other side of ring and charges back and hits Leteur with feet. Does this twice. Referee trips Hessle up. Leteur rushes from ropes and jumps on Hessle. Leteur is pulled off by referee and sent to corner. Possibly connected with 48/86 - MD.
