Then another 5 reps, and hold for a count of 5. Repeat for the other arm. ๐Ÿ”ฅ Squat and Press. 15-20 reps ๐Ÿ”ฅ Around the World Push Ups. Complete as many reps until your form falls apart. All of this is one set. Rest about 1.5 minutes between sets.
