DIY Stand Up Paddleboard Underglow Lights

We will be flying to Thailand tomorrow morning but I have been getting antsy of just sitting around so I decided to do a little project. Video of testing them in below freezing weather I recently saw under glow lights (yes the ridiculous lights you see under cars) for sale for paddle boards for several hundred dollars.
