The title isn’t easy to translate and I suspect the kanji were only picked to create a word with the sound of “sharara“. Still, if you want to get into it, 沙羅 by itself is the Japanese word for sal tree (Shorea robusta) and 螺 is a small spiral snail (read “nishi“ on its own, “ra“ only in combination).
One thing that also came to mind is the opening line of the very famous Heike monogatari (which centers around the Buddhist concept of impermanence), which children often had to learn by heart in school (at least in the past): 祇園精舎の鐘の声、諸行無常の響きあり、沙羅ࡡ
