Hard-line Islamic group continues anti-France protests in Bangladesh

Bangladesh police blocked a march led by Islamist group Hefazat-e-Islam Bangladesh on Monday as they planned to lay siege to French embassy in Dhaka. Thousands of activists of the hard-line Islamist group took to the streets in the morning protesting at French president Emmanuel Macron’s recent remarks about Islam.
