Teallach an Torc, Stew and flat bread, viking hiking break
Hello everybody,
We are Teallach an Torc, that is Gaelic and means “the boars hearth“. We consist of Varg Rødskjegg Halfdansson (28) and Halfdan Gunnarson (30). We are both reenactors and enjoy cooking. We have now connected that and it emerged Teallach an Torc. We will present and show you videos and photos of authentic recipes from early medieval Scandinavia. We hope you will have as much fun and enjoy cooking as we did when creating the videos! With that in mind, cheers and bon appetit.

for the stew:
- water
- carrots
- leek
- nettles
- endpiece of some cheese (for binding)
- salt
for the flatbread:
- flour
- water
- salt
- butter (for frying, but also to smear it onto the flat bread^^)
