Yogurt & Blueberry Popsicles Makes 8-10 popsicles 2 1/2 cups / 600 ml full-fat Turkish yogurt 1 ripe banana 4 tbsp honey, preferable unheated 1 tsp ground vanilla or vanilla extract 1 heaping cup / 250 ml / 140 g blueberries, frozen or fresh 1 tbsp lemon juice Add yogurt, banana, honey and vanilla to a high-speed blender. Mix until smooth. Pour 2 cups of the sweet yogurt into a separate container and then add blueberries (reserve 2 tbsp blueberries for later) and lemon juice
