Floodwater surrounds many houses. “For quaintness this tame parrot would need some beating - as a pal.“ Man in a suit walks along a city street with his pet parrot walking along beside him. The man walks along with the parrot perched on his head. C/U of the man and his parrot. It could be Piccadilly Circus. “A real, but unusual pet.“ The parrot sits inside the man’s little briefcase.
