Meghan Klingenberg Comes Home to Pittsburgh

The first match of the U.S. Women’s National Team Victory Tour happens to be in the hometown of U.S. defender Meghan Klingenberg, who grew up just outside the city in Gibsonia, Pa. As she returns to Pittsburgh where more than 41,000 fans will watch her and her teammates play at Heinz Field on Aug. 16, Klingenberg, and teammate Becky Sauerbrunn, were honored with a proclamation by the Mayor of Pittsburg, Bill Peduto.
