LIVE: Grenfell Tower Inquiry report published

More than seven years after it was first commissioned the inquiry into the fire at Grenfell Tower in west London publishes its final report on Wednesday morning. READ MORE: The fire broke out in the early hours of June 14, 2017, starting in the kitchen of a fourth-floor flat in the 24-storey block. It spread rapidly up and across the whole building, and was blamed on cheap flammable cladding. A total of 72 people died.
