The main goal of this 16 x 400m, 1 minute rest (58 seconds pace ) workout session is to generate pace resistance 2 weeks out to the US World Championship trials.
Spoiler Alert:
Watch me getting dropped in a 200m after the workout session; with all the fatigue in my legs it was time to see how fast I could go!
