*what i mean by gender-neutral is a. it doesn’t matter how you identify - taking care of your skin is beneficial to everybody and b. this look is not meant to emphasize any stereotypically masculine or feminine features of the face, it’s more of a simple and neutral base that you can work off of to make it your own by adding or removing any steps you want (like who needs gender when you can have glitter instead?)
