Backbends and Drop Backs in Ashtanga Yoga with Kino
This is a clip taken during my home practice. I’m a little stiff today :-)
This is the traditional three backbends from the floor, then to standing and then drop backs. I did one or two extra drop back to help me warm up. I am experimenting with shooting with my iPhone and editing on iMovie and uploading directly. I hope it looks alright.
