136KG/300LB Deadlift 1 rep max fail today, found out that i can actually tape the two 8KG dumbells on each side, adding an extra 16KG! So i decided, why not, as i haven’t maxed in a good while on deadlifts. Suprisinly the dumbells held pretty strongly!
Form was definitely not the best at lockout which tells me that it’s just a bit too heavy right now for me, but in the gym, without the deficit, i’d say i have 140 for sure! So this was a good test to see where i’m at. What do you guys think?
